My interpretation there was that perhaps the crankarms were branded SIAMT on the outboard sides and Magistroni on the inboard. The photographs aren't good enough to be able to tell much though. I'm surprised when people run auctions with scant low resolution photos like those. Surely it frequently limits the price got for items.
