[CR]Weinmann post for FR frames

These are interesting because both my Le Chemineaus have vertical holes in the rear brake bridges. They use a similar adapter, but it appears to be more crudely made. Both of these bikes have side-pull brakes (Glorias).

I think the reason for the vertical drilling might be to facilitate mounting of fenders.
