Well here it is, build 85% complete, all that is left is new brake leve rs, new front brake cable and housing, new botton bracket (sealed) and maybe a new crank, or at least a chainring.

By the way, the tabbed washer idea worked, bike shop had a whole tray o f them and I found one that worked. This may or may not be a resto-mod, i f it is, it will be era-specific for late-70's. Possibly will be upgraded to Campagnolo Gran Sport, but it's a good start to a rare frame. Frame w ill be powdercoated in black, although the original color is uncertain, but it looks like the original owner resprayed it.
I've began work on it already, I replaced the crank (broke the original) and cleaned and repacked the bottom bracket. Full blown mechanical restorat ion will begin soon.
