For the record (no pun intended) ... I meant "late model Record" for our timeline ... not actual late model, like the off topic Campy stuff on modern bikes (which I happen to love too).
The ICS caliper's outer nut has been ID'd by someone as likely a Suntour Superbe bit.

Looks like a late model Record to me, beginning from about 1983, and modeled after the "new" profile on the 50th Anniversary calipers. The assembly locknut looks something like a Dia Compe (Royal Grand Compe?) piece. Or maybe it is something that ISC modified, but I think the nut is decidedly different from those normally found.
