Just found a SR (JAPAN) stem with 0.865-22.0 stamped on the quill. it measures 22.0 on the quill for a French steerer. PUCH is stamped on the front. I am not sure where it originated, may have been on the "smoky chrome" Puch, that was here for a time.
Never know what will turn up.
