Mike Kone writes, comparing a previously listed on ebay 1953 bike to the one
currently on ebay:

The 1953 green bike has a different crankset and hubset from the one on ebay, so I would question whether they are the same bike. Or, it could mean that the "almost" complete component kit is original to the cycle.
