Those hubs are Weyless, late 70's probably. American made like Hi-E, bot h pretty cool. Wayless and Hi-E were available at the same time, alth ough under those names Hi-E was around much longer. Some of the Weyless designs were later sold as American Classic, the seatposts being essentiall y identical and the hubs fairly similar. I've heard some key people from Weyless later worked for American Classic.
