Greetings: I just returned from the Seattle are and in addition to visit ing Elliot Bay cycles, I was give a bike called TONARD. It has a 531 frame and , Campy d/o, and fastback stays. The fellow giving it to me stated t he decals are replacements, but the decal has a big "T" with the word Londo n on the decal. There is another foil decal on the ST that says "Vico". He spun a story about a small shop in Italy making the frame. Anyway if someone wants to field this one I suppose I can send them a photo or two be fore I strip the paint from the frame. BT
