Jerry, I may have exactly what you need. The heads look like any modern chainring bolt. Then an 8mm OD section for 5mm and 12mm of 6x1mm threads.

I have several sets, NOS.

I'm busy this weekend ( http://abcetour.com I'll be on my 1957 Raleigh Record Ace Moderne w/SA FM 4 speed hub) but could provide pix next week.
