For a young guy like me (only 46), this is a cool bike that was released when I was only 2 years old, to replace "The Super Continental" model in Schwinn's line. Beautiful sky blue paint, and like-new condition for most of the bike. Unfortunately, it has french chrome, so the french bits have bubbling rust.

The weinmann engraved brakes confirm the early 1960's vintage.

This is perhaps the only ashtabula triple i've ever seen, and the earliest 15-speed I've seen in Schwinn's line of bicycles.

The normandy sport hubs are really early models with pencil-shaped holes.
