Subject: [CR]Wanted: Clamp on, single lever shifter; GB randonneur bars

I'm looking for a clamp-on downtube friction shifter -- with only a right lever, for a bike with only a rear derailleur. The downtube is 28.6mm. Campy would be great as it will be shifting a NR RD. If such things exist, a clamp that will accept a Nuovo Record braze-on shifter would work, too, since I have a few of those around.

I'm also looking for a pair of GB randonneur handlebars. These need to be in good condition around the clamp area, for I intend to polish them up. Under the tape they can be as hideous as they wish.
