[CR]Trying to gather Information on, uniquely drilled, 1960 paramount track fram

I am trying to gather some information on who did the drilling/history of this Paramount Track frame. It production year is 1960, with a serial number of C55, though the drilling was probably done in the 70's. It is a 56cm. Check out these pictures gallery.me.com/jordanlorenz#100018
