Most of these bikes were built in the 80s when Cinelli was having a difficult time. I have yet to see one which was a rebadged SC but most seem to be those odd models built probably by subcontractors in that period. Centurion in particular seems to have sourced from Cinelli as well as Windsor. Using Columbus tubing as a key to European manufacturer does not work as the Japanese were using both Reynolds and Columbus. Lotus in particular had some very interesting bikes during the late 70s and all during the 80s but I believe these were all Japanese built.

PS Dave Martinez has a Generati which does look to be a rebadged SC but I recall the fork was not a sloped crown SC fork
