I could be wrong but that appears to be an early-60's Superior, it has th e old-style lettering on the frame that was used until 1975 I think. Defini tely not a 76-78 Superior. Also I don't think the 76' - 78' was offered wit h a triple-chainring crank. Do you have the S/N for it?
Very rare bike indeed, aside from my 76' Superior this is the second one I have ever seen in existence.
BTW the Ciocc is pretty much finished and now I am moving onto the Superior for my next restoration.
