Subject: [CR]Raleigh Professional Paint

I just received a 1975 Raleigh Professional frame I bought on eBay. It is in super condition, but has a few nicks here and there. It is the standard blue mink and silver with gold lug-lining.

Since there are quite a few of these bikes running around, has anyone found a reasonable match for the blue mink paint, or had some made?

Also, is there a how-to somewhere on lug-lining?

Finally, can anyone comment on touching up and clear coating a frame, either done at home or professionally? It appears to me that if I don't do this, I am bound to lose all the decals, which are still in excellent condition. Right now, I am even afraid to wash the bike for fear of losing decals.

Thanks,
