Vittorio, formerly from Alkmaar, now Heerhugowaard is a bikeshop who also used to build frames. Upto the 70's/80's or so Jan Groot built racing, track and tandems and touring bikes, currently the shop -with a new owner- still sells custom touring bikes in heavy lugged steel, but afaik they are currently not built in house
