Subject: [CR] IDing a 24" Wheeled Junior Track Bike (1940=-50s Vintage)

Purchased an interesting old 24" tubular wheeled junior track bike yesterda y.  Will post photos shortly on Wool Jersey soliciting assistance in pote ntially IDing the shop or builder.  To me it looks English.

For now, can anyone ID the hub brand,,,,the barrels are marked CB, with a s pread winged bird above each letter. Both front and rear dust caps or cover s are threaded, with round pin holes to enable removal.  Rear cog lockrin g is Campy thread size.

24" tubular rims have painted "Scheren" world color labels at rim holes.  Thankfully has two Vittoria 24" tubulars mounted that are in great conditi on (understand these are rare birds).

Lower headlug is stamped with n6umeral "6".  That looks like to only mark on the frame.  BB shell has oiler port.

Hope someone can help ID the hubs for now.
