[CR] "CP" hubs were made by PELISSIER = DATE???

Never mind,,,,,quickly figured out that the "CP" French hubs on my Junior t rack bike were made by PELISSIER after taking a look at the FRENCH manufact urers on Dale's CR site:

These examples include the dual-spread-winged Eagles above each of the C P letters, similar to the above examples found on Dale's site photo.

Now does anyone have a clue as to the date of these hubs
