This appears just above the image [below] of these "ROSA" chainring sets - which Jan has now correctly identified.

I had only seen the name "TANK" previously stamped into the cages of their pedals. Obviously the company was more diverse than I would have imagined. The illustration of the hubs with the "Bloc Demontable" shows one affiliation they had with Cyclo just as Jan had mentioned.
