It appears that the Overseas manufacturer of the VO, Cardiff, and XXF(China) will build and brand as requested. Here's an eBay Auction for the Cardiff "Gull"...380097831848 I've seen these on eBay for about 2 Months now. Looking closely, they all look the same except for color and logos.
