An ad showing the drilled Jubilee derailleur was in Winning, July 1983. No doubt it may have debuted prior to that time.
An ad showing the Jubilee with black bits was in Mirroir du Tour, 197 2 (the only question is how those idle Huret designers managed to derive this style from the 1974 Campy lineup, heh heh).
