One of my friends in Italy has put up one of his bikes for sale on ebay and the auction is truly worthy of a look, if you want to see what you can do in restoring a bike. In this case, the bike being offered is a 1960's Cinelli with the much sought after Bivalent hubs. I saw this bike before Rino started doing anything to it and it is about as night and day as you can ever expect to get in a bike restoration.

I doubt there was a single bolt, nipple, part that was not replaced, replated or polished on this bike!

Given that I am outing the Cinelli, I would also like to point out my own auctions. I am selling three De Rosa bikes: a.. a 57.5 cm C/C bike with super record reduced gruppo http://ebay.com/<blah> -C_W0QQitemZ120376893679 a.. a 54.5 cm C/C bike with Shimano gruppo http://ebay.com/<blah> _W0QQitemZ110350010150

a.. a 56.5 cm C/C keeper of the flame frame built up with a mixture of C-Record and Chorus parts http://ebay.com/<blah>

Plus a selection of pantographed Cinelli stems, Regina oro chains and freewheels, regina America superleggera chain plus perhaps a few other items to be added shortly. To see the complete listing of all auctions, click here:
