I think that your geography - not unusual with usasians ;) - is a bit lacking. I checked three wholesalers in the Netherlands and Germany (on the same planet as per our education system) and they do not list spokes over 302mm in SS. So it is highly unlikely shops will have spokes for an obsolete wheelsize which never was very popular.

Got the spokemachine though, and found some 310's in Belgium i could order;)
