Not sure who made these (trek made the inventor's first odd ball drive bikes, the "BioCam") but for the seller to say the lugs are 'awesome' is a bit hyperbolic... They are bog stock Bocama with relatively indifferent assembly finesse. Serviceable to be sure but...

But an interesting bit of cycling's eccentric inventors history...
