I think I can throw one out there that none of you (or at least very few) have seen. The Wizard of Speed and Time, there are 2 of these, both made by (starring/written/blah blah blah) Mike Jittlov. One was made in 1976 and one in 1989. The latter of the two also stars a wondrous bicycle that Jittlov (a special effects expert) creates. It features the "greatest ball bearings in the world" and probably the coolest security system in the world of bikes.
That being said, the movie was mostly an 80s exercise in special effects. I imagine it was meant to be watched while using psychadelics. I could be wrong.
