I had an early 80's Rossignoli which had the same design but I think the cable guides where cast , very cool design

I generally don't do this, but I am shameless promoting a Freschi
frameset on Ebay-

it has very unique cable guides that are brazed on the downtube and
seat tube that actually swivel or pivot.
I have never seen that before.
for those interested, Freschi was the master builder at Pogliagli shop.
frameset does have some damage from a collision. I took a ton of
pictures.
