Todd,

I believe I was the one who recommended the Int'l to you. I really love them and have three myself, one my daily commuter. For me, they have beautiful vintage looks with chrome socks and Nervex lugs, wrap-round stays, and rapid-taper (no squish) chainstays. They also ride very comfy with long chainstays, relaxed geometries and bendy/curvy forks. Many were cannibalized for their Campy (racing) components, which were not quite a match to this sport-tourer's forte, by those who did not appreciate the frame's non-racing qualities. But if you can pick-up a clean, earlier the better, complete for under 5Cs, I'd say good deal. Of course a frameset can be outfitted just as good, if not functionally better, than original. Watch-out for fork, an original replacement is very difficult to find and may cost as much as entire frame.
