Hi Jon,

You asked, "What do you mean by the abbreviation "MITN" in your PS?"

MITN: More Information Than Needed. (or Necessary) Often also MITR (More Information Than Requested) when someone over-explains an answer. For example, when bodily functions are included. As in, "I couldn't make the meeting because my (whatever) was bothering me." I hope you noticed that I provided both MITN and MITR in my response to your question.

You didn't ask, but today I learned something about my personal aerodynamics. I rode (only) about 13 miles today in a steady 10 mph wind, gusting up to 20, and discovered that when the wind is pushing against my back it's nowhere near as strong as when it's pushing against my front. Great for training though. Better than the up-and- down-hill stuff I did in Ohio when I was racing. You don't get to coast down wind much.

It's now aspirin and bed time.

'Night,

Mark
