these occasionally come up on ebay. I'd check there first.
as far as a regular source, they aren't in the US (sorry) but Mercian Cycles website s ays they can supply most Reynolds decals. And shipping from the UK for some thing as small as a decal can't be any more than mailing a letter overseas.
