Kinda been following this thread and have to agree with Nor. Who cares what others think? I ride because I like to ride, not for others approval.

Regarding courtesy, maybe those riders don't wave back for a reason that has nothing to do with being roadie snobs or whatever. I won't bore you all with the details, but I'm still recovering from a very nasty crash at the end of Jan. as a result of my attempt at courtesy. Trying to be the nice guy, I returned a wave and hit a huge hole in the road that was hidden in shadows. One hand on bar while hitting hole at 22 mph equals big trouble. I won't be waving back, ever. So, don't take it personal if someone doesn't wave back. There may be a very good reason.

This is probably a barely on topic subject anyway, right?

Go ride your bikes.

Edge was also the first commercially introduced shave gel, produced by Gillette, if I'm not mistaken. Maybe that's the RAZOR'S edge.

Waa, waa, waa! That meanie man didn't say nuffin nice 'bout my bike! Oh Come On!! Let's get a life!! (flame away)

This is all pretty funny. Did y'all ever think that the guy might have bought the bike second hand and had no idea what you were talking about? Just because someone has a classic bike, or a KOF doesn't mean they drink the cool-aid here in Dale's Garage.
