I read this as on topic. Another period correct example is the
moulton take-apart (commonly called folding) bikes that had sachs 2spd
back-pedal-to-shift hubs and sometimes the sachs 2spd that was designed
to shift itself whenever the rotational speed of the hub was faster than
"X" rpm... These bikes are classics in my eyes and I still use sachs
2spd hubs, they seem "bomb-proof".
