I haven't heard anyone mention two more things I like about the Sun CR 18 rims. They are very inexpensive and also if you need to lower the profile on your tire you can by putting a 23mm tire on them.

Say you have a tire that rubs on the bottom of a Delta Brake, even if it is raised up all the way (in this case a Mavic Open Pro rim and Vittoria tire) you can change wheels and still get by. I was able to salvage this situation http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Tom-Sanders-Pictures/93-Brian-Baylis/Del ta_s_Tire_Clearance_001.jpg.html by changing to such a set up. The Mavic wheels lived to go on another bike another day.
