Last I noticed, a couple of weeks ago, someone on Ebay was selling either Park or some other brand of crank bolt wrench, in a 16mm size. The auction had multiple numbers that you could purchase, so they might still be there, and I think they were $10 per wrench. No time to look for it to post here, but I'm sure it can be found easily enough with an Ebay search. No help here though, on the finding of a same size crank extractor.

No; and the 16mm doesn't fit into a Zeus crankarm (22mm extractor thread), although it does work on Stronglight arms (23.35mm). Park did make a stand-alone 16mm peanut butter wrench (CCW-16) that is thin enough to fit the 16mm bolts in a Zeus arm.
