If you have an International and an appropriate set of wheels, you can't do any better than to measure it yourself.

The terms have drifted. 77mm is extra long and was long, 55 mm is long and was standard, and 45 mm was short and is now standard. You really just need to buy them by the numbers, the names are too confusing.
