Hi Mark.

In Sacramento there is a very good frame builder and three time P-B-P finisher by the name of Steve Rex. He and his wife have completed all three P-B-P rides on a tandem that he designed and built himself, and he has built numerous other tandems and singles for other P-B-P riders from the Davis Bike club and northern Ca. I don't know if he has yet built a 650 wheeled bike, but it wouldn't be a problem. Steve is also certified to install S&W couplers, and has done a large number over the past few years. The rest of your requirements shouldn't be a problem either. He can be reached at (916) 446-5706. Good Luck.

Note. Steve built my P-B-P bike, and is a friend of mine, so I'm not 100% impartial.

Happy Bike to Work Day.

Tom Harriman.
