I've got what appears to be an NOS Philippe stem-the cast one with red filled windows-11cm long with a 22.2mm quill. That's right, it WILL NOT fit a French steerer. I'd like $30 for it sent any where in the US. Phil Brown Fog just clearing in Oakland, Calif.
