Subject: [CR] front caliper for 60s-70s path racer

i'm in need of a front brake caliper recommendation for a 1960s path racer with a drilled front fork.

i recently had the fork beatifully reworked from an uneven backyard-style drilling to the more modern recessed bolt style. thanks, joe bell!

an (off-topic) shimano 105 caliper fits pretty much perfectly but i would like to put something more period correct on it. the bike will be outfitted with predominantly campagnolo componentry.

so i need a short reach caliper with a recessed bolt but with 60s-70s aesthetics.

do i need to frankenstein something together or is there hope?

it appears to be approximately 37mm from the center of the hole to the mid-point on the rim sidewall.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

thank you
