Does anyone remember "Oui" magazine?  I don't recall them having a bicycling-themed cover, but they did have a photo-illustrated article about custom bicycles featuring an all Campy NR-equipped Cinelli  . . . and an attractive female "mechanic" who became progressively less-dressed as the bike was assembled.  Typical 70s male-oriented stuff, but the center-spread photo of the built-up Cinelli was gorgeous!
