Amir: California is a big area. If your friend is in the Los Angeles area, he could try Manny at my old shop. Manny has been building dynamite wheels for many years and knows how to save parts and make them work. Ted's Manhattan Cycles 110 N. Sepulveda Blvd. Manhattan Beach, CA 90274 310-379-3204 Location is about 4 miles south of Los Angeles Int'l Airport on the the main highway #1. Ted Ernst Palos Verdes Estates CA USA
