Interesting custom-framed bike from the day...very steep seat-tube angle, looks like, and a very short top-tube. Bikes like this always look a little weird to me..maybe because they really do fall outside the reasonable limits for a maximally useful bicycle. This thing would be ok for a time-trial probably, but riding it all day would simply be a trial..
