Good luck on finding such a beast. There are some Campagnolo clamp on shifters where one could remove the shift levers and the remaining bosses are the same format as braze-on shifter bosses. But not all Campagnolo clamp-on shifters are this way. So be careful if you go this route.

I know of no other readily available clamp-ons such as this. I spent quite a while looking for just this thing a while ago and ended up buying an NOS Huret downtube clamp-on shifter bosses which look like they would do the same thing. I think the threading on the hole was slightly different than standard, so I tapped the hole and it worked. Not as elegant as the Campagnolo would have been, but it works.
