Michael Schmid was asking for ID on a decal-free frameset with a fork shoulder pictured here (from German eBay):

That's what I had in mind when spotting the C in a crest on the shoulder of Maaslandissimo's Cozzi:

But the mystery frame on German eBay seems to have the shield/crest engraved as an outline, and the Cozzi as a field -- and the "C" appears to be a different font.
I noted the Casati marque circa 1980s also differs. Here's a shot of that:
