The Campy front derailleur on my Ciocc easily handles the shift between my 52x41 chainrings (the 41 tooth is actually a Sugino "Mighty Competition" ring that has the same 144 bcd as late 1970s Campy Nuovo/Super Record cranksets).

Hey y'all,

What's the smallest inner chainring you have been able to use with a N.R. front derailleur?   With a 50 tooth large ring, for example?
