Yep -- the purity standard for true drillium is schmaltz! The more the better! A few wimpy holes are like fool's gold -- maybe a bit of flash, but not the real thing.

I think of Art Stump's work as the Versailles Palace of bicycles -- gaudy in a baroque kind of way, requiring a huge amount of skill to pull off. It's so over the top as to be not to the taste of many, yet impressively stunning even if you wouldn't want to live there.
