I have been very successful on ebay. I finance my hobby by buying and selling on ebay. Many people put an ordinary photo up and advertise in a "take it or leave it" style. What works is to appeal to the emotions, not the head.
I look for collectible items that are badly advertised, then turn them around. I make a profit 75% of the time.
Try it, you will be surprised.

Whoops! Forgot the auction #?260441763474
Can anyone speculate on why this derailleur went for about half what others have? It is a 1st gen (without the reinforcing web under the A and G). Was it the lack of description and/or additional photos? Or was it that the 1st gen (without the reinforcement) is considered less valuable? I am puzzled. Thank you. Tom Donahue Melbourne, FL USA
