I doubt that piece would have passed Colnago's QC. Look at how the script is milled in off-center between the flutes in the first photo. The "N" is almost going into the left flute. It looks very amateur to my eye.

I don't recall ever seeing this style of post on bikes of that period (early 1980s)....it does appear that the seller is selling a lot of aftermarket-pantographed stuff, I'm wondering if this is one, or of anyone here remembers this style of milling from back in the day.
