I would say it's neither the shape of the cups are drooping not round like the nuovo record/gran sport headset

maybe a later 80's mtb low end headset or not even a campagnolo headset except for the lock nut

I think that is a GS. The Pista HS has the full compliment of wrench flats on the top race nut, unlike the 2 flats shown on the auction HS. At least all the Pista HS's I've had have been like that. The box shown says Record Strada so not right for either.
