Subject: [CR] re glow in the dark campy repro lever hoods...

Well, I guess I have to inquire what other levers the glow-in-the-dark hoods will fit. I confess to not now owning a single pair of on-topic Campy brake levers or calipers...

That stuff is about too high-end and recent for me, eh? Mostly. But, glow-in-the-dark would have good funk, if not overdone with dice-like presta valve covers, and streamers off the drilled bar=end shifters.

Got to thinking about funk with the Atlanta guys, and I think it was unanamous: Nothing ever beat Steve Maasland's Maasi. That was indeed over-the-top, in ways that my humble Ted Williams Sport Racing and Alenax two-wheeled stair-stepper just can't match. It would take an absolutely mint Huffy Aerowind to come anywhere close to the Maasi. The Maasi was a great stunt, indeed. :-)

Might be the de-rigeur accessory for that funk bike show entry.? Harvey Sachs needs to weigh in on this.
