... bought a touring frame years ago, with matching front and rear racks (and nervex lugs) , from an older respected english builder. unfortunatley it was poorly prepped when made "back-in-the-day", and was rusting out from under the paint. patina my ass. paid a small fortune to have it repainted, box lined, decaled, etc.
... still love looking at it. and isn't that all that matters
