Thanks Chas for the input Kind of what I figured that it was pieced together. I'm still thinking TT bike, due to no front der and that straight block and barcon. Maybe that's just me though,

I suspect that the Stronglight crank will need the special puller. I'm still thinking it's French, because of the RGF bb Thanks for the input on the bb, will look at seeing what I can do about getting it out and swapping an axle. Unfortunately, this bike will probably end up as a commuter for a friend, if I can get some more 'standard' bits on it. It's got plenty of clearance with the long reach brakes, and fender eyelets.

As long as it's getting used, I'm happy.

I hope it doesn't end up being a nightmare. Ah well, the price is right. R
